Job Description
Your role will include:
- Managing the success of clients’ subscriptions running on elmenus.
- Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to elmenus clients.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with elmenus clients.
- Ensuring clients’ satisfaction through various communication tools.
- Launching, tracking and reporting on clients’ subscriptions performance.
- Delivering and strategically scheduling all clients' products.
- Gathering feedback from the client on regular basis.
- Communicating monthly reports to clients highlighting their performance.
- Collaborating with various teams inside elmenus to ensure the success of the clients’ subscription.
Job Requirements
Must-Have:
- 0-1 year of experience in sales, customer service or administrative role.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills.
- Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent English language skills (writing, speaking and understanding)
- A positive, can-do attitude at tackling problems and reaching win-win solutions
- Self-motivated and can work well under pressure
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Enthusiasm for work in a fast-paced growing startup environment
- Curiosity to learn about the restaurant industry and always suggesting new areas of improvement at elmenus
