The HR Specialist is responsible for the following:
- Developing training and development plans
- Developing KPIs and evaluation plans
- Improving working environment in office in in the different project sites
- Developing resource plan and supporting with hiring process
Job Requirements
- This position requires a highly motivated individual that can work in a fast moving environment.
- 3-5 years of experience preferred.
Preferable a graduate of one of the following universities:
- American University Cairo (AUC)
- German University Cairo (GUC)
- Cairo University, Ain Shams University
- Excellent English
