Job Description
- Supporting the technical design process by participating in the analysis of technical application requirements
- Coding and testing program modules; assisting in design.
- Maintaining, tuning and repairing applications; providing user support.
- Participating in execution and documentation of tests.
- Creating database schema that represent and support business processes.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience preferred, with an emphasis on systems development including system design,development, unit test and deployment.
- Strong demonstrated experience in web development using ASP.NETand C#
- Share Point development is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience working with JavaScript, JQuery and AJAX.
- Experience with SOAP, WCF, XML, XSLT or Web Services.
- HTML5 / CSS3 is a huge plus.
- Object-Oriented development experience required.
- Excellent research and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of information systems and experience working with federal agencies desired.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team of software developers.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as SVN.
- Ability to manipulate and analyze data using Microsoft Access, Excel,or other tools.
