Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day to day operations of the practice
  • Implement policies and procedures within the practice
  • Experience in verifying insurance and explaining insurance benefits and finances to patients
  • Will work to establish a knowledgeable, efficient and goal oriented staff.

  • She must be excellent at multi-tasking and be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and is detailed oriented, along with the ability to work with different personality styles, and the drive to provide a highly personalized customer experience.
  • The PR Manager is accountable for the day to day operations of the practice and must be flexible with work schedule.
  • Presentable
  • Fluent English and French is a plus
  • 5 -8 years in a similar position
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualified medical experience preferred
  • Marketing experience a plus
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Attentive to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent customer service skills required.
  • Trustworthy and discreet. Attentive to detail and accuracy.
  • Willing to go above and beyond to get the job done
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
