Job Description
Main Duties:
- Plan, prepare and organize daily work schedules
- Mentor new comers to be aware of company’s products and services
- Guide others to be familiar with company’s policies and procedures
- Act as source of expertise to other team members
- Support management to achieve targets
- Guide new comers to perform their daily tasks
- Escalate market outcomes
- Follow up company policies and procedures
- Attend weekly sales meetings
- Follow up on payment collection
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
- Prepare sales reports to deliver to higher management
- Answer customers questions about products, prices, availability, or credit terms
- Negotiate prices or terms of sales agreements
- Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients and attending trade shows and conferences
- Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections, based on customers' needs and product specifications
- Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information and update each other’s with market conditions and trends
- Resolve existing and new clients’ inquiries regarding services and products with an excellent level of customer service
- Answer customer calls with needed info about company and products and services
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis.
- Submits orders in accordance with price lists and products manuals.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
- Record sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system
- Keep tracking of sales calls till contracting
- Assign on job training when needed
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree from any reputable University
Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the real estate field
- Minimum 2 years in real estate brokerage company
