Job Description
Toward the Customers:
- Train the customers after devices delivery and technical acceptance.
- Giving continuous training for our customers:
- Planning regular visits to all our customers in order to raise their technical and application knowledge.
- Arranging training workshops for nurses and doctors.
- Identify solutions to resolve all technical and applications issues with our customers.
- Ensure that all devices are used in proper way and the customers are completely satisfied.
- Keeping records of customer inquires.
Toward our sales and service team:
- Giving continuous multilevel training to our sales and service team about the devices usage and capabilities of our devices.
- Training sales team on the advantage and disadvantage between our products and the competitors.
- Preparing the required specification for the tenders.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Medical Background,Bs degree in Pharmacy,Medicine, vet and science.
- Very Good command of English Language (Written and verbal)
Personal skills:
- Ability to deal with difficult customers.
- Ability to deal with software and electronics.
- Logical thinker.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills,
- Strong communication skills.
- Good accurate records keeping.
- Strong self education capability
