Job Description
Main Duties:
- Ensuring that all Design work is executed to the highest standard in the site.
- Ensuring that working process (planning, testing, & documentation etc...) are efficient and adhered to by the architect department.
- Providing strategic direction for the department in advancing the organization to its potential.
- Ensuring quality and improvement of departmental output.
- Have an overall responsibility and control for all production work completed by finishing team.
- Lead, supervise finishing team and provide them with all assistance needed.
- Establish job performance standard for site engineers, monitor performance and provide the HR department with this performance.
- Provide Engineers within the team with assistance in performing difficult or complicated duties.
- Coordinate with all other disciplines (Structural, MEP…)
- Submit detached reports describing project’s progress status compared to targeted time schedule, hindrances (if any), and enhancing recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Architect Engineering.
- 7-10 years of experience in the same position.
- Computer Skills.
- Communication Skills.
