Job Description

  • Responsible for managing assigned process reengineering projects
  • Analyze process, discover gaps, weaknesses and areas for improvement
  • Understand and document the current process in details “AS IS”.
  • Coordinate meetings and brainstorming sessions with related departments for process optimization and automation
  • Develop “TO BE” Process and suggest efficient working procedures that satisfy the organization’s business goals and objectives
  • Recommends and facilitates quality improvement efforts
  • Responsible for ensuring the documentation of the process and procedures according to the organization templates and provide assistance to process sponsor/owner to develop the related process and procedures
  • Assist in the design and delivery of presentations and training courses, data measurement and analysis and process improvement.
  • Perform other duties/ tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years’ experience
  • Able to analyze and map out processes, and create flowcharts, etc., and experienced in using MS Visio and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Multi-tasking with strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is a plus
  • Has a Good understanding of work flow analysis, internal controls and risk analysis, modern business methods, and performance measure techniques
