Job Description
- Responsible for managing assigned process reengineering projects
- Analyze process, discover gaps, weaknesses and areas for improvement
- Understand and document the current process in details “AS IS”.
- Coordinate meetings and brainstorming sessions with related departments for process optimization and automation
- Develop “TO BE” Process and suggest efficient working procedures that satisfy the organization’s business goals and objectives
- Recommends and facilitates quality improvement efforts
- Responsible for ensuring the documentation of the process and procedures according to the organization templates and provide assistance to process sponsor/owner to develop the related process and procedures
- Assist in the design and delivery of presentations and training courses, data measurement and analysis and process improvement.
- Perform other duties/ tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years’ experience
- Able to analyze and map out processes, and create flowcharts, etc., and experienced in using MS Visio and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure
- Multi-tasking with strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is a plus
- Has a Good understanding of work flow analysis, internal controls and risk analysis, modern business methods, and performance measure techniques
