Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participates actively with creative and innovative ideas in all marketing activities (promotions, mail shots, brochures etc…)
  • Produces required artwork designs related to various marketing activities to communicate an intended message.
  • Coordinates and liaises with media and print houses and advertising agencies for company publications and promotional material.
  • Posts/Maintains company’s website including newsletters, news, training schedules, event photos etc ..
  • Maintains training stationery inventory (block notes, pens etc….) and raises requirements at suitable reorder point to process.
  • Creates and maintains course schedule on the Training System.
  • Receives and processes Course Registrations and updates customer booking on the system accordingly.
  • Sends course reminder e-mails to course delegates (also re-confirms on the phone/mobile) with all details of the training event.
  • Prepares and supervises course-ware prints required prior to course start date for all participants.
  • Distributes Attendance Sheets on course starts to be filled and signed by all participants, then issues Courses Attendance Certificates on the end of the course.
  • Distributes Evaluation Sheets on the end date of the course to be filled by all participants, passes to Management for feedback and comments, then finally files for future reference.
  • Contributes to MegaSoft Course-ware Development Design and Publishing.

Working Environment:

  • Office based job, with 1-2 weekly trips to training venue in El-Tagamo3 El-Kamis.
  • Car owner recommended (otherwise ability to use Uber/Careem from/to office/training venue).

Job Requirements

  • Gender: Female (Single)
  • Age: 22-26
  • Residency: Heliopolis (recommended) OR nearby areas (Nasr City OR El-Tagamo3 El-Khames)

Qualifications:

  • BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing is preferable, though graduates of any discipline also accepted.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Skills:

  • Perfect English Language spoken & written
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good Graphic Designing skills
  • Creativity and Innovation skills
  • Organizing and Time Management skills
  • Accuracy and attention to details
