Job Description
- A leading retail fashion company representing some of the most popular, developing and diverse brands within fashion and retail.
- The organization covers wholesale and retail trading across international brands including clothing for men .
- Manage the overall operations of the Fashion retail arm of the group
- Extensive travel across Egypt region
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To be accountable for delivering P&L targets
- Look after all day to day activities among the company in the operational level by leading an Operations team (Including logistics, EDP, Distributing Center, Area Managers etc)
- To seek opportunities and initiatives that result in the achievement of the business plan, this includes cost control, sale drivers and budget planning
- To be accountable for the processes of succession planning, people development and manpower planning to ensure all operational positions within the company are staffed to the optimum level
- To be the key link between operations, the brand merchandising and support teams, by maintaining a dynamic working relationship with the brand team thus helping to maximize business performance
- To build a strong personal network of internal/external contacts including Brand/ Franchise representatives, support divisions, etc
- To establish a strong communication forum that captures market and competitor activity from line reports that will help give the company a competitive advantage
- Promote compliance of all Brand, Market, Company & Government policies, procedures & guidelines, financial analysis, profit and loss responsibility
Job Requirements
- 5+ years experience within a Senior / Operations Management role
- Fashion and Retail experience is a must.
- Extensive experience of people management in a multi site retail business
- Experience of working with multi cultural teams
- A proven track record in the successful delivery of Brand expansion, including management of new store openings, directing support function activity and mass recruitment activities Experience from 5-7 years in Classic Fashion Retail Industry (Classic Fashion)
- Excellent in English
- Experience in fashion retail specially men's wear is a must
- Candidate has no fashion retail experience will be automatically rejected
