Job Description
- Assisting the GM in all the tasks and summarizing the work flow into reports
- Provide general support to HR and Financial department.
- Answering calls and taking messages for General Manager
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments for the GM
- Typing and preparing reports for the GM
- Filing
- Organizing meetings and taking minutes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree is required
- 1 year of experience
- Gender : Female
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must
