Job Description
- Provide specific solutions/technology/ product consulting, technical and sales support for accounts in assigned territory.
- Perform in-depth and high-level technical presentations for customers, partners and prospects.
- Provide consultative support and mentor other less experienced Systems Engineers in assigned territory.
- Actively participate as a specialist on assigned team.
- Support sales team in technical issues.
- Prepare technical solution proposals to either customers or business partners.
- Work with sales representatives to strategize/manage accounts.
- Identify prospect requirements/solution.
- Build rapport with the product/solution evaluation team.
- Product/Technical responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Address customer follow-ups/issues.
- Identify/set competitive traps.
- Identify prospect requirements outside of current release support.
- Identify other resources required to get sale.
- Manage product/technical issues to the close.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-7 Years of working experience in a similar or related Field (Hardware Pre-sales).
- Very good English & computer skills.
- Very good knowledge& minimum 3-5 years of experience in HP Blade servers and Storage Know-how as a must.
- HP Business Critical Servers Know-how is preferable.
- Maintain efficient interactive communication with customers and staff.
- Very good communication skills with a friendly customer oriented manner.
- Must be a strong presenter, with high enthusiasm and strong sales skills.
