Job Description

  • Communicating in a professional, but unique social media “voice” the company.
  • Help to create timely and engaging content optimized for the platform used and intended audience.
  • Manage editorial calendar development for all social channels, including content duration and copywriting (channels include, but are not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & LinkedIn)
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
  • Creating social media campaigns and calls-to-action that drive target buyers to website and generate leads (Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, Instagram and Twitter).
  • Actively participate in planning and execution of all big-ticket marketing campaigns, especially their social components
  • Implementing Social Media SEO tactics aligned with our clients’ keyword and SEO strategies.\
  • Analyze and report social media actions on a monthly basis
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media – includes reading blogs, and listening to podcasts.
  • Account management team to discuss their requirements and set up meetings
  • Continue to refine and define our social marketing process
  • Follow new digital trends

Job Requirements

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong operational and thinking ability
  • A clear communicator, in person and writing
  • Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Good 'people skills', for working with a range of colleagues and clients
  • A willingness to work long hours, often under pressure
  • Thinks Digital and able to present ideas with conviction
  • Minimum 3+ years of brand social media marketing experience, experience from media/digital agency would be a big plus
  • Native or professional business-level English, with strong communication and writing skills
  • Business understanding of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat and Pinterest with a proven ability to build communities on these platforms
  • Proven track record of creative work, and a data-driven mindset
