Job Description
- Formulate and coordinate the manufacturing sequence plan based on customers’
- Create production plan and master production schedule to achieve maximum utilization.
- Issuing materials requirement plan & Develop annual material consumption studies according to the sales forecasting plan.
- Review the master production schedule and work order and checking incoming material.
- Managing the daily materials control process (BOMs modification, defected materials, unplanned materials issue, exceed or shortages materials on the production line.
- Arranging daily meetings with other departments as well as suppliers to discuss
- any planned update and material visibility.
- Monitor & analysis material stock levels and turnover.
- Regular communication with logistics / Procurement / Sales / Production /
- teams to Follow up plan updates or other issues.
- Analysis of overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Provide deviation report for a monthly plan and stoppage analysis of production for each order.
- Measuring power scrap monthly within analysis report for each order.
- Following up the progress of the weekly production plan, to be presented and further measured and controlled during the daily production meeting.
- Analysis of effectiveness, efficiency, and utilization of work centers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University.
- 2-4 years experience in planning and detailed schedule for all aspects of engineering.
- Excellent command of English.
- Professional communication skills.
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office.
- Details oriented.
