Job Description
- Developing specifications, proof of concept and design of electro-mechanical systems, as well as mechanical structure for different product lines.
- Making 3D designs and 2D layouts for parts
- Prototyping and testing your designs and making adjustments as needed from initial research, modelling, proof of concept to developing prototype in volumes
- Provide support throughout the planning of manufacturing of the electrical systems as well as through the manufacturing.
- Design areas covered include:
- Parts fixtures and vibration dampeners
- Vehicle driveshafts
- Processes (injection molding, stamping, casting, extrusions, vac forming, forging, plating, painting, screen printing and others)
Job Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering ( Automotive - Production )
- Min: 1 Year experience in automotive field
- Solidworks - Ansys - Autocad
- 3D Modeling
- Stress Analysis
