Job Description
- Follow-up of receiving, exchange orders, re-arrangement and participation in any other tasks such as inventory
- Follow up emails from colleagues or clients and do the necessary
- Communicate with clients to implement their needs and send reports to them when needed
- Frequent tours in the warehouse to follow the work progress and ensure compliance with the company's instructions and control of violators
- Distributing the work to the team members and the available equipment and requesting appropriate temporary employment from the store supervisor
- Coordination of holidays, schedule of shifts, rest and evening parties among the team members
- Sending shift delivery reports, a summary of the status of receiving, exchange orders to his colleagues, and warehouse management
- Preserve the lives and property of the company
- Managing a meeting at the beginning of each shift to discuss challenges and how to overcome them and follow up on matters related to occupational safety and health
- Escalating any challenges for warehouse management unless he can solve it by himself
- Evaluating team members and guiding them for continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- Supply chain or Business administration related degree or equivalent professional qualification Professional Diploma.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position
- Background in 3PL
- excellent using in Microsoft excel
- Good command of English
- Email etiquette
- Excellent communication skills
