Job Description

  • Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing visitors to the appropriate person and office, announcing them appropriately.
  • Answer screening, forwarding incoming phone calls taking messages.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Route incoming calls to representatives (Sales &Support).
  • Answer questions and address complaints.
  • Answer all incoming mails and redirect them and prepare offers.

Job Requirements

  • Calm, cheerful, and professional.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Flexible to work on a rotational basis (Afternoon shifts & Night).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable.
  • Good command of English both written and spoken.
  • Excellent in Microsoft office and mail programs.
