Job Description
In line with this role, you will be expected to fulfill the following assignments:
- Build Marketing mixes and campaigns together with brand equity for the brands across specific ranges in Egypt,
- Plan and achieve the targeted retail volume for the brands by closely working with Commercial and Sales Managers, distributor and dealers,
- Define the marketing plan to address challenges and develop a 360 communication plan (ATL/BTL/ Digital) for improvement of brand salience and maximize brand preference in Egypt,
- Understand the customer category and purchase funnel for brands in Egypt,
- Develop insights for the category by identifying the needs / gaps,
- Create regular marketing communication collaterals and digital artworks meeting the demands of the market,
- Monitor the brand communication effectiveness and its ROI,
- Maintain brands Management Information System and monitor target achievement,
- Ensure periodic reporting and sharing of reports to the Marketing Director.
- Plan achievement of New Product Development volume and market shares in the market.
- Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings and follow up on all marketing activities to generate leads
- Communicate with customers through the marketing activities to determine their needs and interests and to know their feedback.
- Evaluate market reactions to advertising programs, media placement, and merchandising policy.
- Develop surveys and other marketing tools and prepare marketing reports to present them to the top management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or any relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in Marketing activation and establishing new brands.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a must.
- MBA holder is preferable
- Strong experience and knowledge of ATL, BTL and digital campaigns is key.
- Strong verbal/written communication, presentation and organizational skills
- Strong Negotiation Skills.
- Ability to multi-task
- Fluent in English.
- Attention to detail.
