Homey Links is looking for a talented, self-motivated Real Estate Sales Expert.
Job Description:
- Conducting market research.
- Generating lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.
- Contacting property owners to solicit property sale listings
- Appraising properties to determine value.
- Discussing terms & conditions of sale.
- Promoting sales of properties through ads, exhibitions, social media, or website
- Accompanying clients to property site.
- Preparing documents such as contracts, purchase and lease agreements if needed.
- Acting as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, representing either party.
- Closing Deals & finalizing the sale.
- Maintaining good relations with clients.
- Reporting activities to the company management.
