Job Description
- Handling the weekly meeting agenda of top-level management.
- Following up with different departments, analyzing the results, and preparing status briefs for top-level management.
- Preparing flight tickets, hotel reservations, and business meetings for top-level management.
- Maintaining CEO’s agenda and planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Attending meetings and keeping minutes
- Receiving and screening phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Handling and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Handling confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Maintaining electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Conducting research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of Experience
- Fluent English
- Microsoft Office skills
- Project planning programs proficiency
