Job Description

Our Confidential client is looking to hire a Sales Manager:

Job Objectives:

  • To meet all sales targets.
  • To effectively serve and retain customers.
  • To increase customer base.

Responsibility:

  • To develop and manage customer relationships.
  • To achieve sales objectives and budget in terms of turnover, quantity and premium.
  • To implement pricing policy in relevant market and devise pricing tactics within management guidelines, in order to maximize the return to the HQ.
  • To manage all activities relating to customers such as offers, orders, contracts, negotiations, deliveries invoices and after sales services.
  • To produce daily market report to the HQ.
  • To achieve agreed performance goals.
  • To submit a monthly technical report on latest trends, new products and technologies available in the market.
  • To provide complete documents, reports relating to customer complaints.
  • To produce annual and quarterly sales forecast.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum university degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Studies or a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years direct experience in the chemicals/specialty chemicals/Petrochemicals.
  • Advanced knowledge in the Petrochemicals industry and markets.
  • Advanced negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication English skills.
  • Strong planning skills.
