Job Description
Our Confidential client is looking to hire a Sales Manager:
Job Objectives:
- To meet all sales targets.
- To effectively serve and retain customers.
- To increase customer base.
Responsibility:
- To develop and manage customer relationships.
- To achieve sales objectives and budget in terms of turnover, quantity and premium.
- To implement pricing policy in relevant market and devise pricing tactics within management guidelines, in order to maximize the return to the HQ.
- To manage all activities relating to customers such as offers, orders, contracts, negotiations, deliveries invoices and after sales services.
- To produce daily market report to the HQ.
- To achieve agreed performance goals.
- To submit a monthly technical report on latest trends, new products and technologies available in the market.
- To provide complete documents, reports relating to customer complaints.
- To produce annual and quarterly sales forecast.
Job Requirements
- Minimum university degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Studies or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 6 years direct experience in the chemicals/specialty chemicals/Petrochemicals.
- Advanced knowledge in the Petrochemicals industry and markets.
- Advanced negotiation and influencing skills.
- Effective oral and written communication English skills.
- Strong planning skills.
