Job Description
- Leading product development engineering teams, ensuring assigned project goals and objectives are achieved while following company's established development procedures.
- Leading cross-functional teams that coordinate the activities of other groups for the successful introduction of new products.
- Working collaboratively with Business Development to define product requirements.
- Pursuit upselling opportunities with existing and potential clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline
- 5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to drive for results.
- Strong communications skills with the ability to work in a team-based setting.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
- Fluent English is a must.
