Review drawings, analyze tooling and recommend improvements leading to increased productivity, quality, and safety.
Seek out advancements in technology that will improve production abilities.
Coordinate tooling and equipment availability, repair and maintenance
Troubleshoot and adjust molding parameters to maintain quality and maximum product output.
Reviews production schedules and work orders.
Studies quality control reports to identify product defects and directs machine operators to adjust machines to eliminate flaws.
Examines molded products from each machine to verify conformance to specifications.
Uses welding and machining techniques and methods to repair defects and smooth interior of the mold.
Establishes preventative maintenance programs for all molds to ensure ongoing quality and accuracy of melded products.
Ensure cleanliness and maintains safe work environment within molding department.
Minimizes downtime analysis and quality deterioration through effective performance in own role

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, or an appropriate related engineering discipline.
Very Good command of English language
Computer literate Skills.
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Applying knowledge of molding machine setup and operating techniques and production machining methods
