Job Description
- Manages the execution of marketing activities in alignment with objectives and provides recommendations that enhance future performance.
- Works collaboratively and takes direction from Account Management and project management teams.
- Attends client meetings to understand consumer insights, and to develop a clear understanding on the scope of work.
- Decide field force required per location based on client needs.
- Recruit and supervises a team of Ushers to ensure they are well aware of their responsibilities to guarantee successful implementation.
- Provides ushers with proper briefs on the assigned job, handles uniforms distribution, and facilitates ushers entrance in every location.
- Maintains ushers’ backup list to make sure all locations are covered and replaces any nonattendances.
- Secures any approvals required to facilitate the implementation of activations, road shows ……etc.
- Analyzes competitors’ activations and leverage these in executing client’s integrated marketing activities.
- Oversees the production, delivery and fulfillment of required materials needed for execution such as such as signage, branding, production coordination and any other necessary elements to ensure event success.
- Tracks and develops reports related to the results of consumer promotion and sampling programs.
- Provides feedback to the Account Management team related to the execution of activation programs, through a regular communication flow.
Job Requirements
- University Degree (Preferred Marketing or Business Specialization.)
- 5+ years of experience in Direct Marketing and Production is a must.
- Knowledge of Direct marketing concepts, methods and techniques.
