Job Description
- Develop, implement and review contracts, make sure that best practices are applied on any given project, and to make all the revisions available to all the parties involved in the project.
- Deal with any issues that may compromise the project start and completion date, payment of contract, invoicing, non-chargeable expenses, as well as any labour or equipment costs that may exceed the budget for the project.
- Develop contract administration policies and procedures, for both prime contracts and subcontracts.
- Assistance, as and when required, in the preparation of the Contractor's Payment Applications to ensure compliance with industry practice and the terms of the appropriate Contract
Job Requirements
- Sc. of Architectural/ Civil Engineering.
- 5 years of experience as a contracts engineer.
- Past experience in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of the FIDIC standard form of contract is a must.
- Analytical thinking
