  • Customer Care Representatives will be responsible for ensuring that customers have their issues resolved in a timely manner and have the most pleasant experience possible with joi.
  • The ideal candidate will have been successful in a similar prior role at a regional call center in the MENA region.
  • He or she must possess drive and a hunger for success, and will deal with uncertainty while delivering a delightful customer experience.
Job Requirements
  • Candidates should be highly competent, results-oriented, have exceptional communications skills, a proven track record of success, and a solid team player. All applicants must be ready to start immediately.
  • Energy and Attitude: High energy, positive with a can-do attitude matching our startup culture. Remains calm, kind and positive in face of adversity
  • Work Experience: 2+ years in customer care over email, chat, and voice call in startups or MNCs handling complex customer care issues in both English and Arabic (Classical and Khaleji)
  • Communication Skills: Highly capable and efficient communicator in written and spoken English and Arabic with ability to work with remote business teams using tools such as Slack. Knows when and how to escalate issues to different functions and levels of the organization
  • Problem Solving: Analytical and process-driven with the ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically
  • Team Work and Leadership: Able to work side-by-side with a broad range of functions. Ability to work non-regular hours in the evenings and weekends as customer demands change
  • E-commerce Knowledge: Deep understanding of customers needs in e-commerce sector and ability to quickly grasp user experience
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
