Job Description
Assigned person will handle the following :
- Deal with incoming/outgoing telephone calls and responsible for reporting employees attendance to head office.
- Provide administrative support to the business units (e.g. filling , offering , contracts and all related documents to the firm).
- Responsible for handling the needs regarding purchasing and maintenance of office needs.
Job Requirements
- Dynamic administrative person with 2-4 years with relative experience in office admin.
- With good command in English.
- Must have thorough knowledge of Windows and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Capable to work individually and within a team, ambitious, working under pressure, Prior office management experience require.
