Job Description

Homey Links is looking for a talented, self-motivated Real Estate Corporate Sales Expert.

Job Description:

  • Conducting market research, identifying sales opportunity, and generating leads.
  • Reaching out to new clients (Real Estate Corporates) and presenting our services
  • Understanding the clients’ requirements and customizing the service to meet their needs.
  • Negotiating the offer and outlining its benefits
  • Closing the deals and finalizing the sale.
  • Generating sales according to the monthly and annual targets.
  • Ensuring that clients’ requests and complaints are handled in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Building and maintaining long term relationships with clients, by providing support and guidance.
  • Preparing the needed Sales and Market reports to submit to the management periodically.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 4+ year of Sales Experience
  • Excellent Communication and Selling Skills
  • Very good command of English
