Testing the imported machines upon their arrival and creating machine records and files with serial numbers.
Installation and instructions teaching at the customer’s site to make sure the machine is working in good conditions and to instruct the customer how to use the machine in the best way.
Giving technical support to the sales team according to their request.
Customer satisfaction follow up by phone calls or site visits to make sure the supplied machine is working in good condition and that it is a suitable solution for the customer.
Standard maintenance for the machines according to a preset schedule at the customer’s site or at our company’s site.
Reply to customers complains regarding the machine’s performance and make or supervise the machine repairs and issue machine repair reports.
Prepare spare parts lists for each machine to be available in our stock according to machine malfunctioning history.

1 – 4 year of work experience in maintenance and/or after sales service of machine.
Bachelor of mechanical or electrical engineering or relevant knowledge in machine repair.
Good command of English language is a must, knowledge of other languages is an addition.
Experience or knowledge of welding machine is an advantage.
