- Request and follow up INS,COA and handling B/L.
- Deal with all salespersons to send all original shipping document.
- Check picked orders and performs dispatching duties.
- Ensure all payments are processed in time.
- Report and update the shipment freight tracking.
- Check the stocks for export according to the orders in the system
- Prepare & follow up export documentation.
- Archiving all export documents
