Job Requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Fast English typing
- Have a strong sense of customer service and customer satisfaction
- Strong knowledge of managing social media channel management (Facebook, Twitter and instagram)
- Flexibility in working shifts to cater for the time difference
- Quality oriented
