Job Description

  • Supervise the day-to-day task assignments and performance for all management and associates.
  • Plan and prepare work schedules and coordinate daily assignments and activities of associates to meet the business needs.
  • Track and follow up the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives regarding the managers.
  • Organizing and maintaining daily tasks and making appointments, dealing with incoming email and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager.
  • Assist in the evaluation regarding the manager’s semiannual appraisal.
  • Attend with the General Manager Most of the meetings, take notes and write minutes of meeting.
  • Follow up and filling all contracts, deadlines regarding the manager’s tasks.
  • Surfing and searching through the internet as per General Manager Needs
  • Other duties as assigned by General Manager and all board members.
  • Assist Operation Manager in all possible works like in meetings, preparing documents and presentations.
  • Assist in setting appointments and organizing agenda, minutes, and resolutions for meetings.
  • Assist in planning and preparation of meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing communications.
  • Provide administrative services for the managers.
  • Book tickets, accommodations and arrange travel matters.
  • Prepare letters, presentations and reports.
  • Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems.
  • Work with internal and external contacts at all levels to fulfill the above duties

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience.
  • University degree in a relevant field (, Business Administration, Accounting, Mass Communication)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and planning skills.
  • Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
  • Excellent knowledge of administrative and office management duties (including filing, writing official letters, memos, minutes of meetings).
  • Proficient use of spreadsheets, word processing, statistical and database analysis, and presentation software is a must.
  • Ability to coordinate and delegate work to others.
  • Project Management skills is an advantage.
  • Both Males and Females are welcome to apply.
