Be involved in all stages of application development including design, modifications, development, and implementation of the applications to ensure the applications’ quality and efficiency
Put together the project technical structure, review code and ensure its quality
Coordinate with the graphic designers and software developers to build and test the applications, and to implement APIs (Application Programming Interface) and services in order to support planned mobile functionality
Help building the team’s technical capabilities to avoid any technical challenges
Document all code during the development process to record and facilitate the work for other developers
Keep up to date with the latest industry trends in mobile technologies to enhance the application functionality

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
Strong Android & Java Programming background
Ability to work independently or with other team members in a fast-paced environment to implement product features from start to finish
Experience in building high-quality UI and working with graphic designers
Detailed working knowledge of Eclipse IDE, Android Studio, Java, XML, Android SDK, ADT Plug-in, JSON, GIT, REST, Google map APIs, Google firebase etc.
Experience consuming JSON web services
Native App Designing Experience
Hands-on experience supporting multiple versions of Android SDKs, screen resolutions and device types
Unit testing
Have released multiple apps in the Play store - professional and personal apps
Understand mobile performance, latency, and security issues with extensive experience using performance analysis tools
Knowledgeable of security best practices for mobile application development/integration
Have knowledge of E-payment, Apple Pay integration etc. (nice to have)
