Job Description

  • Managing the office calendar and personal calendar of the CEO
  • Answering and forwarding office calls
  • Coordinating presentations and out of office events
  • Performing basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties, including:
  1. Communicating with vendors
  2. Organizing client files
  3. Coordinating courier orders
  4. Sending client invoices and payment reminders
  5. Depositing and collecting checks from bank
  6. Providing CEO with client information before meetings
  7. Updating client meeting notes
  8. Preparing CEO travel itinerary
  9. Managing CEO’s calls while he is out of office
  10. Monitoring team email account

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university
  • 2+ years’ experience as a personal assistant to a corporate leader

Required Skills:

  • Impeccable written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Exposure to accounting a plus
