Job Description

  • Convincing prospective clients that your agency is the right one to handle their sale and agree on the terms
  • Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database
  • Handling meetings with both the client and the developer sales agent
  • Develop and implement strategies effective in increasing the value of a property
  • Perform all the required activities up to the deal closing in cooperation with the developer's sales agent according to contract
  • Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure a consulting deal
  • Monitor the property market to watch out for new and old properties up for sale
  • Conduct research and analysis of property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of government housing/property laws and policies
  • Evaluate the objectives of an investor to identify their needs and requirements
  • Conduct price negotiations with property agents on behalf of a client to reach a favorable bargain
  • Allocating tasks to staff
  • Ensuring the performance of the staff is of a high standard
  • Reporting to management performance reports.
  • Organizing holidays and training
  • Discussing and resolving problems
  • Carrying out performance reviews
  • Ensure that the calls reports & visits and site visits reports are sent on daily basis on time.

Job Requirements

  • 8:12 years in real estate including minimum 5:7 years in Real Estate Brokerage company
  • Must own a car and have driving license
  • Bachelor degree from any college
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to use statistical techniques to analyze and fulfill client requirement.
  • Collecting, interpreting, problem-solving, decision-making,
  • Research skills
  • Computer Skills (especially excel, word & outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly
  • Maximum age 42
  • Excellent teamwork skills
