Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:(Not limited to)

  • Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone.
  • Answer or refer customers’ inquiries to authorized personnel.
  • Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
  • Prepare correspondences and documents
  • Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
  • Organize conference and meeting room bookings
  • Provide general administrative work
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Years of experience: 1-2 years’ experience in related fields
  • Gender: Females – Unveiled
  • Age: 23 – 28 maximum
  • Presentable
  • Excellent/Very good English
  • Very good communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other relevant field.
