Technical support Agent responsible for solving all kind of problems that face our Dimofinf CMS customers, also taking part in the continuous development and improvement of the script (you will be under training), recommended minimum one year experience considering immediately start.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Answering technical support tickets and solve clients problems
- Provide technical support services for Dimofinf CMS (Installation, Upgrading and Editing Styles)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Experience using MySQL databases and solving all kinds of its problems
- Experience using HTML and CSS
- Experience dealing with cPanel and other hosting control panels
- Excellent in English.
- 2 to 4 years of experience
