Job Description
- Present and sell all developers products and services to current and potential clients.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Receive calls during new launches and ads.
- Initiate outbound calls.
- Achieve targets.
- Explain whole projects in details to external customer upon his requirements through professional presentation.
- Attend business meetings in order to solve analyze & create new ideas.
- Site Visits for all projects in order to identify customer needs.
- Appraise properties to determine values
- Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of transactions need to be negotiated.
- Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals
- Coordinate appointments to show properties to prospective buyers.
- Review property listings, trade journals, and relevant literature, and attend conventions, seminars, and staff and association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.
Job Requirements
- Maximum 35 years old
- University graduate
- Good knowledge of English
- Good communication skills.
- Presentable
- Minimum 2 year of experience in Real Estate Field
- Salary according to knowledge and experience, quarterly bonus
- Excellent in using Microsoft office
- Preferred has his own car
- Ability to work in a team & good leader
- Self motivated
