Job Description

  • Provides administrative support to sales and sales support staff.
  • Generation, updating and follow-up of tender schedule sheet.
  • Preparation/organization of RFP and tendering documents.
  • Filing of hard copy and soft copy tendering and RFP documentation and correspondence.
  • Coordination of internal meetings, agendas, minuets and distribution thereof.
  • Coordination of technical/commercial/ marketing events, including, reservations, bookings, travel and logistics, etc.
  • Logistical travel support for sales and technical stall, locally and abroad.
  • As backup for Logistics Coordinator

Job Requirements

  • Education: BA/BS or equivalent
  • Software Computer Proficiency :(MS Office : Word – Excel )- Internet – Outlook)…
  • Male is a must
