Configure, test and implement OS images, Driver packages, Task Sequences.
Run migration process of approved OS Image and Task Sequences.
Test and Deploy Software packages, Updates and Applications.
Participate in the support and implementation of Windows based applications.
Investigate, analyze and resolve Windows-related technical issues and actively pursue mechanisms for preventing, or automating the response to re-occurrences.
Support, configure and deploy Symantec System Recovery and Symantec Endpoint Protection (Antivirus).
Initiates escalation procedure to counteract potential threats/vulnerabilities.
Function as point of contact for production Windows related issues.
Deploy and configures Information security related agents
Analyze and debug Windows Operating System security and administration logs related
Test and deploy Microsoft patches, Updates, Service Pack and any other related patches with regards to deployed applications.

Degree in Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology.
Any certification in Microsoft such as MCP, SCCM would be an advantage
Functional working and debugging knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 7 and Windows 10).
Experience in SCCM Deployment, administration, patching and maintenance.
Experience implementing security policies for applications and operating systems.
Knowledge of the Windows registry, interaction of drivers within the OS, and unattended/silent installs of Windows operating systems.
Extensive hands on experience with configuring, securing, monitoring and troubleshooting client and server class OS.
