Job Description
- Managing branches and Key Account shipments by submitting replenishment orders and follow up with logistic department to ensure consistency of shipments.
- Leads order processing cycle by developing and executing order procedures to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained at factories and branches which covers sales needs.
- Plan demand process by analysing Month To Date, Month To Go, and monthly closing by SKU to ensure achievement of monthly primary targets.
- Monitor the execution of demand planning process with actual production plan to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained at factories and branches which covered sales need.
- Use ERP system, to ensure complete utilization of order management system and BO to better managing order / return processes as well to have better analysis presentation for both processes.
- Report Market and quality issues by developing quality report to ensure quick and continuous feedback to concerned departments (QC, MKTG, and Logistics).
- Monitor Stocks at Branches’ warehouses to ensure that it covers sales needs.
Job Requirements
Academic and professional qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent.
Experience:
- 4 to 6 years of experience out of which 3 years minimum in a Sales Operations.
- Proven Analytical, planning and organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS applications and English language.
- Familiar with ERP systems.
