Job Description
General Purpose of the Job:
- Securing the availability of production needs (Raw materials, spare parts, new equipments…..etc) in the right quality, time and cost.
Scope of Supervision:
- The position have a wide scope as it has subordinates and no authority for budget approval as it assist the Purchasing manager in the operational management.
Job Major Roles:
- Collect Purchase Requisition
- Send RFQ’s to vendors to get the best price.
- Prepare Purchase orders and follow up payment methods.
- Team tasks follow up.
- Filling & Documentation process.
- Ware house follow up.
- Foreign purchase follows up.
Work Conditions:
- The position have light work conditions and as the position sitting most of the time.
