Accounting & MIS Supervisor

Assist in Developing the following monthly report:

• Follow up with team and assure closing On time
• Upload Trial balance on e-merge quarterly
• Prepare the scheduled requested by HO, and collect data from team
• Check correct booking of expenses on monthly base
• Check proper use of IOs
• Prepare all analysis as required.
• Assist in developing the following monthly reports:
• Sales Flash & Index Growth
• Debt and Surplus Statement
• Actuals / PF / P variance month / Dashboard / Marval / Finance MOR /MO Coverage /MO Quality / Likely

Assist in developing the following quarterly reports:

• Finance Flash / MR/ Exception / MR/ Exception quality / F variance quarter
• Compliance with Account Closing Plan / Entity Variance / Balance Sheet Detailing / Entity Variance PL quality
• Entity Variance BS quality /Board Note / Board Note quality / Policy Compliance Checklist and Internal Audit pending points update / Prepare monthly reports of Budget vs Actual.
• Prepare all OGAM, Board Meeting as requested by HO or according to GAFI laws and supporting documents needed for legalization
• Follow up legalization with the outsourced agent
