Job Description
- Job ads as per company requirements designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
- Responsible on screening, filtering CV’s and keep the database updated.
- Contact potential candidates via telephone and email to determine skills and interest level.
- Determines applicant requirements by studding gob description and job qualification.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques that include searching job boards, target internal database & LinkedIn networking.
- Scheduling candidates for interviews with hiring Managers, presenting job offers and coordinate start dates for new hires.
- Support the team in supplying and helping the candidates through the hiring process
- Prepare periodic reports to evaluate the recruitment performance.
- Facilitate daily HR functions like maintain update personal information on company HR software system.
- Manage the on-boarding process for new employees to include maintaining up-to-date personnel information and files
- Handle the social insurance for staff;
- Handles employee relations ,labor office relations and social insurance
- Oversee the monthly payroll , attendance and vacation
Job Requirements
