Job Description
- Manage Visitor/Contractor Access - temporary badges, sign-in sheets, badge audits. - Greet the company visitors and direct them to the correct destination in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Maintain daily in/out log.
- Provide quick awareness for guest and send the visitor guide and Evacuations procedures to guests.
- Screen office entries/calls, make appointments for and with company officials and customers; receive and usher in guests and customers into the office professionally.
- Maintain & Manage the shipments procedures (DHL, FEDEX…etc).
- Managing the mails and Mailbox.
- Communication arrangement within the office (any posters or guidelines).
- Fill out and process all necessary forms/logs.
- Report security violations
- Aid emergency evacuation situations
- Assist in emergencies as needed.
- Conduct Medical/Fire emergency scenarios
- Emergency readiness and direction
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Office Management and Secretarial duties background, Receptionist experience will be an advantage.
- Customer oriented.
- Excellent command of English Language.
- Excellent computer literature and communications/presentation skills.
