Job Description
The Service Desk Agent will be the first point of contact for the users. All support calls will be received and recorded before attempting to resolve it or escalate it to the appropriate Party. Service Help Desk tasks will include (but not limited to):
- Provide the company users with first tier support for all client operating systems and applications.
- Perform preventive maintenance to all client hardware and software
- Provide assistance to users regarding technical information requests and client software usage.
- Receive and review all user requests with respect to the company operational guidelines.
- Escalate user requests or problems related to the infrastructure to the appropriate parties.
- Liaise with third party support for business applications client support.
- Maintain a complete inventory of the implemented client hardware and software.
Job Requirements
- Experience 1 to 2 years
