Job Description
- Determine the training needs according to the results of the evaluation of the performance and the requirements of career development
- Participates in the selection and nomination of appropriate training courses and workshops, coordinates contracts and agreements with training service providers, and monitors and evaluates their performance.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training courses and their impact on raising the level of performance in the company, and studying the results to reach methods that lead to raising the efficiency and quality of training
- Preparation and implementation of induction programs for new employees
- Building and updating an integrated database that includes trainees' data, training courses and all data on the companies and training centers available and their services
