Job Description
- Establish Production Policies and Procedures.
- Supervise day to day activities of production, deliveries & Operations.
- Prepare safe work environment for the employees from the safety point of view and ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
- Maintain 100% Availability of the Plant without any downtime.
- Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
- Ensuring that the production is cost effective.
- Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
- Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
- Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment;Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals.
- Monitoring and supervising shift leader handing over in the morning shift (Absenteeism, problem, break down, etc…).
Job Requirements
- BSc. Mechanical Production & Electrical Engineering.
- Min. 10 to 15 years of experience in manufacturing, heavy industries, Gypsum or Ceramic.
- knowledge of all aspects of the production process.
