Lab Sales Supervisor

Main Duties:

• Achieving growth and Hitting sales targets and professionally managing the sales team to achieve the approved yearly targets and growth rate.
• Implementing the approved monthly, quarterly and annual sales plan that expands company's market share and increasing the customer base through coverage plan and strong presence in the Egyptian market.
• Managing the process of selecting and recruiting the sales team,.
• leading and guiding the sales people to get the maximum output while keeping them highly motivated.
• Follow-up the potential sales leads and successfully turn it to sales order.
• Assign training for the team.
• Ability to conduct SWOT analysis to the sales team and LAB products.
