Job Description
- Fulfill all employee relations specialist’s responsibilities and duties for some accounts in accordance with confidentiality and work load issues.
- Develop new policies and review current ones in accordance with Egyptian labor law.
- Take part in on-boarding programs and measure effectiveness to identify the gaps and take proper actions to fill in those gaps.
- Gather all staff feedback data and set overall action plans.
- Pursue closely action plans implementation to check progress and give corrective directions.
- Communicate as focal point between ER team and internal and external stakeholders.
- Consolidate monthly reports from ER specialists and develop one report representing the department performance and achievements.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Experience from 2-5 years.
- Labor law background is a must.
- Photoshop skills is a must
